  Product Introduction

  Triple insulated wire,also known as triple insulated wire,is a high-performance insulated wire newly developed internationally in recent years.This type of wire has three insulation layers,with a core wire in the middle.One layer is a golden colored polyamide film,known as the"golden film"in foreign countries.Its thickness is several micrometers,but it can withstand 1kV pulse high voltage;The second layer is a high insulation paint coating;The third layer(outer layer)is a transparent fiberglass layer.The total thickness of the insulation layer is only 20-100.The three-layer insulated wire is suitable for high-tech and national defense fields,making micro motor windings and high-frequency transformer windings for miniaturized switching power supplies.Its advantages are high insulation strength(any two layers can withstand a safe voltage of 3000V AC),no need to add a barrier layer to ensure safe edge distance,and no need to wrap insulation tape layers between stages;High current density.The volume of high-frequency transformers wound with it can be reduced by half compared to those wound with enameled wire.The texture of the three-layer insulation wire is tough and needs to be heated to 200-300℃to become soft for winding.After winding,the coil can be automatically formed when cooled.

  Structural characteristics

  The structure of three-layer insulation wire is divided into three types:standard type,self-adhesive type,and twisted type,as shown in Figure 1.In Figure 1,(a)is a standard structure.Its insulation layer material can be composed of polyester heat-resistant resin and polyamide resin with soft soldering,which has good electrical performance.In Figure 1,(b)is a self-adhesive structure,which adds a self-adhesive layer on the outer side of the standard type and is suitable for the skeleton of the wireless loop.In Figure 1,(c)is a twisted wire structure,with multiple strands of glued wire and three insulation layers on the outer side,suitable for high-frequency applications.

  The table(1)shown in Figure 2 lists the main performance indicators of UEW and TEX-E standard three-layer insulation wires produced by Kogawa Electric Industry Co.,Ltd.in Japan,and domestic T1W standard three-layer insulation wires mainly developed by Shanghai Luokun Electric Technology Development Co.,Ltd.A.

  Three layer insulated wires are particularly suitable for winding high-frequency transformers in miniaturized and high-efficiency switching power supplies.Taking the high-frequency transformer using TEX-E as an example,due to the elimination of interlayer insulation strips and the need for barrier layers,it reduces the volume by 1/2 compared to traditional transformers wound with enameled wires,while reducing the weight by approximately 2/3,which can greatly save material and processing costs.The comparison of the structures of the two high-frequency transformers is shown in the picture album in Figure 2.Given the high cost of three-layer insulated wires,they are particularly suitable for winding the secondary windings of high-frequency transformers in miniaturized switching power supplies,while the primary and feedback windings are still wound with ordinary enameled wires.The three-layer insulation wire product must pass the safety certification of international institutions,such as UL,CSA,BSI,NEMKO,VDE,etc.The safety standards used mainly include IEC950,UL1950,CSAC22.2No.950-95,EN60950A3A4,and HDl95S6.The product specifications of TEX-E standard three-layer insulation wire are shown in the table(2)in the right picture book.The specifications of the domestically produced TIW standard i-layer insulation wire are the same,with only slight differences in some parameters.
